for preserving
herbs
These are absolutely wonderful — I'm a high school student with a load
of intolerances, and an adapted version
of these (gluten free tortillas, no garlic, more veggies, more
herbs) has become a staple in my house and I'll continue to
use the recipe
for years!
It's the perfect millennial pink (the actual shade
of pink not just any shade that people have been attaching the title to, neon pink it's not ur day) without any food coloring and it showcases how to
use an
herb in a way you wouldn't really expect and gives me ideas
for other infused whipped cream combos.
Using tongs, plunge the
herb into the boiling water
for a couple
of seconds, just until it wilts.
Flowers would look beautiful in front

herb infused olive oil on both sides
of lobster tail, reserving half

It's a twist on a traditional tomato basil soup,
using roasted red pepper
for a smokey flavor, a mix
of dried
herbs for a bit more zing, and quinoa
for added thickness.
I
used a log
of softened goat cheese
for this recipe and added a few
herbs mixed in.
For the broth, I
used 6 cups
of water and 2 cubes
of Rapunzel organic vegetable bouillon with sea salt and
herbs, and salted to taste.
If you're
using dried cilantro, just swap the same amount
of dried
herbs for the dried cilantro.
Our family has really gotten into
using essential oils this pasty year (like
herbs but 1 drop
of EOs is way more potent) and they have done wonders
for us, so I know what you mean about combining good nutrition with plant support.
(you can replace any
of these
for dry, but at least
use one fresh
herb if you can.)
The flavor
of the leeks mixed with the fresh sage and thyme made
for a wonderful savory combination; we'd highly recommend
using fresh
herbs if you can get ahold
of them!
Rhubarb + Ginger Shrub (Drinking Vinegar) The amount
of ingredients here are part
of the base recipe
for fruit and
herb shrubs, so if you'd like to experiment with other flavor combinations, choose any other fruits and
herbs / spices to
use in the same amounts.
