1) Peel and cut mango,

I would love to see more savoury recipes with
avocados, only because I know how well they can be
used as substitutes in desserts, but the only savoury recipe I know is guacamole and when
avocados are cut into slices or bits and put as toppings
on soup or sandwiches, but I'd love to get to know more savoury meals where
avocados play the main role.
Chia and hemp seed (
used in their whole / unground form) are also excellent sources of fiber that can be added in a similar fashion (hemp seed also works well sprinkled
on salads and
avocado toast, bringing a mild nutty flavor and pleasant texture) and chia is yummy in slurry and pudding form.
Use within a 1 - 2 days (because of the
avocado), but we doubt it will even last that long, you'll want to eat it
on everything!
Then I'll sometimes
use leftover proteins from dinner to add
on top, and if I'm lucky and have a ripe
avocado I will throw that
on too!
That is the trouble of living in an area where
avocados in a grocery store are rock hard and you have to carefully plan meals in advance to
use them so they have time to ripen
on the counter.
Once fries are cooked and have cooled for 1 - 2 minutes, layer them
on large platter or two separate plates, top with black bean vegetarian chili mixture, then sprinkle with shredded cheese -LCB- I

avocado cotija sauce over the nachos, reeaaally spread it
on, not like in the photos here, where I

The mighty
avocado is
on the forefront of all our social media feeds, being
used from anything from burger buns, to chocolate mousses and even
avocado fries!
I will usually just search for an ingredient I want to
use in the index, such as
avocado or pineapple, and then find one that
uses most of what I have
on hand.
I had planned
on serving with lime slices and
avocado but decided to
use my extra ones to make more guac!
99 % of the foods and ingredients I
use on a regular basis, he can't have... almonds, cashews,
avocados, tomatoes, cacao, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, bananas, walnuts, just to name a few.
There is something super-comforting about adding a creamy dressing
on top of any salad, and
avocado is basically the perfect thing to make a creamy dressing without
using any weird processed ingredients!
I've personally
used it in tons of salads,
on a pizza, with
avocado toast, and even that is enough to keep my tastebuds entertained for years to come!
I have
used a combination of coconut oil, grape seed oil, olive oil,
avocado oil and purified water
on my face and it has looked better then it has in years.
I did change it a little: I
used much more chilli powder and fried a bit of onion with the chicken, salted the
avocado, made my own roasted pepper (just put a whole red bell pepper
on an oiled baking tray at 200C for 30 min) and added some creme fraiche
on top!
Finally, you pour the boiling into the quart jar, over the
avocados, let the brine cool, then put a lid
on them and stick them into the refrigerator to marinate for a couple of days before

Using a food processor or a blender, add the
avocado flesh along with the cooled chocolate mixture and blend

If you are packing this up for lunch I recommend leaving the peel
on the
avocado and
using a small knife to cut slices horizontally and vertically through only the flesh, not the peel.
