on sale at Kroger, and I had a whole ton of lean ground turkey I wanted to
use up, so I decided to make
burgers!
These versatile mini cakes can be
used in a variety of ways: Top a salad, eat as a veggie
burger, toss in a pita with some veggies and tzatziki, or just eat «em
on their own.
I
use squares of wax paper to keep the
burgers separate when I pile them
on a plate before grilling.

Mushrooms are one of the most versatile ingredients you can
use; they are super quick to cook, you can

on baking time adjustments if I needed any!!
We
use chimichurri all the time
on lentil
burgers and love it.

If you
use a leaner grind, such as ground round or sirloin, the
burgers tend to dry out
on the grill.

using any sort of 1/2 cup measure, and shaping into
burgers once
on the parchment paper.
