Honey is an amazing all around natural remedy and can, unsurprisingly, be
used on the skin too.

using coconut oil, if I want that little bit of extra hydration I
use the Kora Organics body moisturiser
on my décolleté and perhaps a bit
on my
skins too.

too much can increase your risk of overdose (in addition to the creams, Newman may have been

on the candles: all wicks n waxes!!!! The truth is there is always going to be a «they said, they said» issue... All waxes have or contain naturally occurring, usually mild toxins, burning anything will pollute your environment - I am a bit of a hippie & have been making candles (I prefer soy, beeswax & blending the two) the pure essential natural fragrances I
use can be extremely harmful when incorrectly
used (
too much) or even the natural soaps I have started making the wrong amounts of fragrance & «natural» preservatives

use all natural cleaning products, I will start to make my own soon (again a little more research & I'm good to go) for example Spagnham moss is a brilliant disinfectant 100 % natural) and yet so strong even slightly inhaled can cause breathing issues!!!
You may be inadvertently causing irritation, dryness or flakiness

using products that are
too harsh.
Something to
use on a daily basis is the Aveeno Cream (# 6.99) which is for me the perfect day face moisturizer: containing oatmeal it aims to hydrate dry and sensitive
skin, but I think this is great for combination
skin as well as it sinks in super easly, hydrates but not
too much and is very light
on the
skin so that it can be applied under your makeup as well.
When I
use this, I feel like I can put
on a more natural, sheer foundation so I don't have
too much makeup
on my
skin.
I
used the lightest one, Light Ivory, which is a good summer match but
too dark in winter as it oxidizes
on my
skin.
