coconut oil for your face as it spreads pretty far and you don't want your face to end up too oily.

I switched to almond milk, I've had great success, I
only have it with cereal so far, I haven't made a smoothie yet but I'm going to start making them again and
use a Tbl spoon of virgin
coconut oil.

Only used approx 1tbsp of
coconut oil and 1 / 2tsp of sugar alternative - maybe thats why.

only thing I changed was I
used canned pumpkin instead of
coconut oil.
A little cinnamon
oil can be
used with the
coconut oil, but I would
only use a drop or two in a small jar of
coconut oil — more than that can burn the skin.

I made these at our Thanksgiving party and made some variations: I put in 2 egg whites,
used 1/4 cup
