I have some on - going low grade infections that flare up every so often and rather than consume sugar when I want something sweet, I would rather
use this organic stevia powder from sweet leaf, which is made with inulin, a prebiotic.
Is it possible to change the recipe to
use organic Stevia powder?

using organic stevia, it has no calories because it is derived from a plant.

I made these

It's has a low Glycemic Impact and is made with natural ingredients include erythritol,
organic inulin,
organic stevia, and guar gum — the first three sweetener ingredients I mentioned are considered Paleo while Guar Gum, a legume extract
used as a thickening agent, is technically not Paleo because it comes from the legume.
Then I've added frozen
organic raspberries (from Target), some vanilla extract and a little
stevia which both add sweetness and flavor without sugar or artificial ingredients, raw cacao powder (or you could
use cocoa powder), a handful of raw almonds (or almond butter would work just fine), and that's it!
If you're not big into
stevia or
organic cane sugar... try
using mashed banana!
If you have none of these issues, you may, in moderation (this means about 1 - 2 tablespoons a day)
use: birch xylitol,
organic raw honey, pure
organic maple syrup,
stevia.
To make the base of this recipe, all I did was
use quick
organic oats, shredded coconut, unsweetened coconut yogurt, ground flax, apple pie spice, a little lemon, some
stevia, and some grated carrots.
I

use whatever sweetener you have on hand, or regular butter or ghee instead of the Smart Balance.
When it comes to fruit, I will typically cook down some

used as a plain yogurt toppers.

use it in temperatures above 71 degrees because when it gets colder the coconut oil hardens a little, but I just take a fork or my toothbrush and work it a little bit.

organic stevia blend which is part erythritol.
Using a small amount of
organic liquid
stevia (NOT Truvia, which is processed) instead of refined sugar is also a great option, especially for those dealing with candida issues.
