For me it is definitely worth it to
use organic sugar to get the richer flavour in the cookies since I seem to make chocolate chip cookies once every four years.
Think fruit pies, swapping tapioca starch for flour and
use organic sugar.

For my jam
I used an organic sugar that called for two parts of fruit and one part of sugar.
I just
used organic sugar in this recipe, after making loads of batches with plain old C&H.
I also didn't have brown sugar so
I used organic sugar + maple syrup.

To be totally honest, I used xylitol for sweetener and didn't actually have enough so
used organic sugar for the rest, so not totally low sugar but these were still fantastic and I'm sure way healthier than a regular brownie!
I started
using organic sugar, and Agave, but now that I came across your blog, I'd like to stop using both.
I have only made it with honey, so I can't say for sure, but if you are fine with
using organic sugar, I don't see it affecting the flavor too much.
This recipe
uses organic sugar because conventional cane sugar is often refined with bone char and / or other animal byproducts.

sugar, and substitute dates for the honey (adding the dates to be pulsed before the almonds on their own, otherwise they might not get smooth enough), then you could consider this recipe to be ENTIRELY healthy and sin - free.
