I used pre-marinated chicken breasts from the deli section, but you could just
use plain chicken or season it with a bit of taco or fajita seasoning.

The only adjustment I made was
using chipotle chili powder versus
plain chili powder and adding
chicken to make it a main dish!

use plain water to boil the

Use whatever
chicken you have on hand: rotisserie, leftover
chicken from dinner the night before (preferably
plain), canned, etc..
You can also
use something you make at home, like
plain cooked
chicken or turkey.
You can soak the towel in
plain cold water or for a little extra «zing» add some sodium - free
chicken broth to the water you're
using.
I have eliminated so many potentially dangerous products by
using Norwex microfiber Envirocloths and only water to clean JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING... from
plain ole dirt to raw
chicken juice to bathroom grime.

use our wedding china and crystal to eat
