One question — why do you prefer NuNaturals stevia?Just curious — I like to
use pure stevia with nothing added, and I thought NuNaturals added some sort of «natural flavoring» or maltodextrin.
I use a pure stevia extract, no fillers or other additives.
(
I use pure stevia leaf powder as a sweetener which would not add to consistency).
Finally, to sweeten the cookies,
I used pure stevia along with a few other special goodies including NuNaturals chocolate stevia syrup as a decorative topping, but you can easily leave off the syrup if you don't have any.
I also like stevia because it doesn't mess with my blood sugar and isn't artificial, however, I definitely recommend
using pure stevia without fillers if you choose to do the same.

I made these cookies yesterday, substituting the
pure maple syrup for sugar free maple syrup, and
using some
stevia as a sweetener.
I only made a few slight changes to the recipe: added a splash of vanilla extract,
used a tablespoon of
pure maple syrup instead of the
stevia, and substituted 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice for the cloves.
Again, this one is a bit heavy on the sugar for my taste: reduce it by
using half the amount, and 10 drops of liquid
Stevia instead — or try
pure Xylitol (low GI birch tree sugar) in place of sugar.
If you do choose to
use stevia, opt for
pure stevia plant extract as opposed to products that contain other additives and colorings (like TruVia & PureVia).
I follow the recepie except I
use 7 drops of
pure stevia (better
stevia) instead of Xylitol.

use this option, be sure to add a pinch of

pure refined
stevia can be 200 - 300 times as sweet as table sugar, we'll
use a lot less in these cookies!
When not in serious detox mode, I like to make a morning smoothie treat a few times a week
using raw cacao, almond or coconut milk, a banana and
pure stevia to sweeten with hemp seeds, chia seeds and ice.
I like to
use fruits or a natural sweetener called
stevia (in its
pure extract form) in moderation.
Strawberry Sauce: 1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries (or Fresh) 1 Tablespoon Almond Milk 1/2 teaspoon
Pure Vanilla Extract
Stevia to taste (I
used 4 - 5 drops)
If you have none of these issues, you may, in moderation (this means about 1 - 2 tablespoons a day)

I do
use Truvia from time to time, but only when I am out of
pure stevia.
Because of our extreme sensitivities we stick to agave and
stevia and try to stick to one treat a week that
uses sweeteners other than
pure fruit juice or fruits.
I would recommend
using 1 +1 / 4 cups of pumpkin instead of 3/4 cup, and adding 1 - 2 tsp of cinnamon (to taste), 1/16 tsp salt, and ~ 1/2 -1 tsp of
stevia extract or ~ 1/3 cup of
pure maple syrup (again, to taste).

I don't bake with
pure stevia because I find it is very bitter, though I will
use it to cut the amount of sweetener required by about half.

Using pure white
stevia extract (not the packets) is my personal preference since it does not alter the way baked goods rise or set.

uses super creamy coconut yogurt (unsweetened or light),
pure pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and just a few fun toppings plus some
pure stevia for sweetness.

use personally is Sweet Leaf
stevia in the liquid dropper here I like this brand because it is
pure stevia, without any sugar alcohols or other sweeteners added.
I have been
using the white
stevia powder for several years and it never occurred to me to question why it was such a
pure white powder.
LOVE that you don't live on
pure air and can relate to the rest of us with an undying love of sweet (I also
use stevia & coconut sugar).
I also
use it with almond milk or coconut milk, 1/4 avocado and some berries or coffee,
pure cream (I am allergic to the protein - not the cream) and
stevia in the Vita Mix for a very creamy shake or a little thicker for a faux yogurt - almost ice cream consistency.
I personally started making my own almond milk -
using 1 cup of raw almonds (pre soaked), blended with 3 cups of water, a touch of salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a few drops of
pure stevia extract (or 1 date).

Instead
use natural sweeteners, including
pure maple syrup, molasses,
stevia, Rapadura (dehydrated cane sugar juice) or raw unfiltered honey.
One problem I've noticed with
using Stevia is that the
pure powder is a very powerful sweetener, so you can easily
use too much.
To thicken these oats up a bit, I
used ground chia seeds instead of whole (which adds a better texture, in my opinion), a touch of coconut flour to thicken it up and add a cake - like texture (almond meal would also work), a little bit of vanilla, a dash of cinnamon, some NuNaturals

stevia), and finally, creamy non-dairy unsweetened almond milk.
