use pure vanilla extract rather than the one you mentioned with rum?
I always
use pure vanilla extract in my baking, and haven't dared to use the artificial stuff in over 10 years.
You may
use pure vanilla for adding to foods that are cooking or baking as the alcohol will cook off.

use Pure Vanilla Bean Paste in place of Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Bean Paste to achieve a different, but still delicious, flavor profile.

I was wondering if
you use pure vanilla essence or true vanilla extract (that is composed of alcohol), especially during the early stages of the Candida diet.
