To make it totally raw,
use raw nuts and raw honey instead of the rice malt syrup.
It should both be easier to find and cheaper to
use raw nuts and make your own paste.

I used raw nuts and it seemed to work really well, I love the flavour and preferred it to the time that I tried roasting them — I also found that the texture wasn't as smooth with roasted nuts, but everyone is different!

use ice cream scoop and freeze them oh my god that was insanely delicious.i like to bite it straight from the freezer, but i love your
raw brownie too.
You do get what you pay for, as the stronger your machine is the easier it will be to
use and you'll be able to make smoother hummus, better pesto, proper
nut butters and great
raw treats.
I
used what I had on hand: adriatic figs instead of strawberries and coconut milk and
raw almond butter instead of the soaked
nuts and water and it still turned out amazing!

used almond flour, and I couldn't find any dates for some reason, so I
used raw honey, and I don't like
nuts in brownies, so I didn't
use pecans, and I didn't have any hazelnut butter and didn't want to buy any because it's expensive, so I didn't frost them, but these are fantastic even with the substitutions and without the frosting, wow.

I'm by no means a
raw foodist and I believe in having both
raw and cooked foods, but we're
using lots of
nuts and seeds here with a high fat content, and at above 116 degrees those fats can start to oxidize and be denatured.
Your body will get
use of a greater amount of nutrients from soaked
nuts than regular
raw nuts.
For this, I heated some olive oil (you can
use sesame oil too), added sesame seeds,
raw peanuts (my favorite
nut), Sirracha powder mix (my new invention which I feel is better than the sauce and more versatile), Chinese long beans, salt and to add extra flavor I finished this dish with coconut flakes.
What's in it: For the french toast --- 1/2 large loaf of multigrain bread, ideally a few days old, cut into 1 inch cubes (about 5 cups cubes)-- 4 large eggs — 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk ** — 1 teaspoons cinnamon — 1 teaspoon vanilla extract — 1/4 teaspoon salt For the apples --- 3 - 4 apples, thinly sliced — 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon — 1 tablespoon coconut oil For the topping --- 1/3 cup roughly chopped
