you could
use regular honey and it will sooth but raw honey has far more medicinal properties and will sooth and help heal.
However, the birch pollen honey group used less histamines than those who
used regular honey.
If you're
using regular honey, then use the 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp + 2 tsp.
