Typically you can also
use rejuvelac, which is fermented wheat berry juice which works really well and is similar bacteria as kraut.

rejuvelac tastes.

used whey, but you can do a vegan version with
rejuvelac.
You can
use the probiotics as directed in the recipe - it's either probiotics OR
rejuvelac, pickle brine or kombucha, not all of them.
Apparently the
rejuvelac is made with grains and I don't have Kombucha, unless I
use store bought Kombucha.

rejuvelac.
