You can
use roasted chicken in lieu of turkey if you prefer.
I've written this recipe to
use roasted chicken, but this salad combines just as well with leftover lamb or beef.
3 - 4 c shredded chicken (
I use a roast chicken from the grocery, but if you make your own chicken stock, you can use the chicken from that.
Using roast chicken from the grocery store makes this recipe super-easy.

using roasted spaghetti squash in place of noodles and making a nutritious broth.

use meaty, bone - in cuts of meat like whole

roasts.

I came up with a healthy version of «fried
chicken» that was
roasted instead of fried and
used turkey instead of

roasting pan, I arranged the

Here is a great way to
use up leftover
roast chicken meat with skin and vegetables.
Also as condiment fora

use it as rub or marinade with a couple of tablespoons of vinegar.

Regardless of the ingredients you
use, homemade mayo is super easy to make and is great on a sandwich, wonderful for dipping
roast potatoes, and makes awesome egg or
chicken salad.

use this vegan and gluten free stuffing with turkey, Cornish hens or just as a side dish with

Most of that time is spent waiting for the

This recipe, incidentally, is a fantastic way to
use up some leftover
roast chicken!
Once I tasted it, I thought that it would be a really easy thing to replicate at home and be great for lunches and for
using up leftover
roasted chicken.
I did change it a little: I
used much more chilli powder and fried a bit of onion with the
chicken, salted the avocado, made my own
roasted pepper (just put a whole red bell pepper on an oiled baking tray at 200C for 30 min) and added some creme fraiche on top!
