I was wondering if the pie crust recipe

pumpkin seeds or
shelled pumpkin seeds — do you still soak them first if they're not
shelled?
Using sunflower or
shelled pumpkin seeds would be just fine & sunflower
seeds are certainly less expensive than most nuts.
I've been
using pumpkin seed flour, made by purchasing pepitas (
shelled pumpkin seeds) and grinding it up finely in a coffee grinder.
