It's my guess that those studies did not
use sprouted nuts.
You can also
use sprouted nuts if you are short on time (sources).
I also
use SPROUTED Nuts and Seeds, because they have much more bio available nutrients.

I've been

You might be surprised to learn that you can actually
use your
nut milk bag in a multitude of ways, like for
sprouting and juicing.

used Dastony Brand

nut butter you'd like, including coconut butter.
I always recommend
using raw (or even better,
sprouted)
nuts that are easier to digest, vs. roasted
nuts which are cooked in inflammatory oils like soybean oil or canola oil.
