This particular thousand island dress recipe is our own Madness version, which includes Sriracha for the chili sauce, skips the ketchup, and
uses giardiniera instead of a
sweet pickle relish.
If you prefer not to
use store bought
sweet relish, you could always chop up dill
pickle and
use that, or mix some of the chopped dill
pickle with a bit of stevia, and I bet that would be delicious too!
Sometimes I just
use the juice of the
sweet pickle relish if people don't like the texture of the relish in their eggs and sometimes I add some of the relish with the juice, which is how my family likes them.

I too, have a severe soy allergy, but I have found coconut liquid amino, which you can
use instead, or you can
use vegan Worcestershire sauce mixed with some coconut oil, I also add a half of cup of brown rice flour and a can of
pickled beets mashed in for «corned beef», and BBQ ribz and a can of
sweet potato for» smoked turkey» and both with some tomato paste for hot linkz.

Most bánh mìs owe their satisfying bite to a mixture of something «chewy» (in our case it's seasoned tofu), something «
sweet and sour» (
pickled carrot and daikon are most commonly
used), something crunchy (cucumber or other raw veggies) and something fresh (plenty of coriander) topped with something «spicy» (spicy chilli sauce or vegan sriracha mayo).

But if you can't find sugar - free
sweet relish, you can
use dill relish or chopped up dill
pickle and sweeten — if you wish — with a natural sweetener.
I've
used slices of granny smith apples, cherry tomatoes, grapes, mini peppers,
sweet baby
pickles, etc... The options are endless — just opt for little items that are able to be eaten in one bite and can be picked up with either a toothpick or your fingers without causing a mess.
