used whole wheat flour instead of white and
used 1/2 cup of coconut palm sugar instead of 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup of maple syrup (I don't like maple),
used 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice instead of the different spices listed and I added dried fruit juice
sweetened cranberries.
