used to be my absolute favourite treat especially with a

So here are the proportions I
used for a double batch: 1
cup almond butter, 2 eggs, 1/2

teas ground ginger.

cup of boiling water 1/4
cup gluten free steel cut oats (or rolled oats, but steel cut have a better texture IMO) Dash of salt Sweetener to taste (I
use a few tsp of a stevia / erythritol blend) 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp collagen hydrolysate gelatin (optional, but adds 5 + grams of protein) 1/4 chopped apple 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Ideal for a spicy, sweet snack, crystallized ginger is also
used in cooking or to add to a
cup of
tea.
* To make the
tea, I brew one bag of
tea in 5 tablespoons of boiling hot water for 10 - 15 minutes, then squeeze all the water out of the
tea bag and measure 1/4
cup of that liquid to
use in the batter.
Be sure to
use good - quality dark chocolate for an antioxidant boost, and serve with a
cup of
tea for a special gluten - free, vegan treat.
I
used to make my ginger, cayenne, honey end lemon
tea from scratch every time, making it into a flavored honey makes it so much quicker to get my
cup of
tea in the morning!
Sweet and light, this milk is perfect to
use in any smoothie,

Red Rose
Tea is blended
using the leaves from fine estates in Sri Lanka (formerly Ceylon), Kenya, India and Indonesia to produce a consistent, full flavor in every
cup.
Although many of the plants
used — including dandelion, holy basil, and ginger — can also be made and consumed as
teas, tinctures differ in that they're much stronger; a medicine dropperful of a tincture is more potent than a full
cup of steeped
tea.
I
use about 1
cup no sugar vanilla almond milk, a heaping scoop vanilla Vega One, scoop of matcha green
tea, a spoon of cinnamon, spoon of good honey, spoon of almond butter, 1/3
cup pre cooked steel cut oats, blend, then add another
cup almond milk and puree with 1
cup frozen berries and 1 frozen (peel before freezing) ripe organic banana.
Disappointed in a way because most recipes
using different ingredients not familiar with or rather not having in the US, its just not my
cup of
tea from Donna.
Oh, and in the interest of full disclosure, I
used 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1 1/4
cups of Turkish
tea rather than 1
cup tea and 1/4
cup alcohol.
