This buttery spread is 100 % vegan, so if
you use vegan protein powder, the whole recipe can be vegan and dairy - free!
I think it's worth noting here that just because
you use vegan protein powder does not necessarily mean you follow a plant based diet.
I always
use a vegan Protein Powder + some powdered greens (including organic chlorella, spirulina, wheat - grass, barley grass, etc) if not already included in my protein powder.

There's no need to restrict protein certainly - I eat plenty of beans and lentils which are high protein and low - fat (allowed on the Whole Approach), I use chickpea flour a lot too which is also a great source of protein and do
use vegan protein powders from time to time, especially after a workout.
You can try natural, full - fat yogurts sweetened with honey or maple syrup and topped with nuts, seeds, and berries for a tasty breakfast, whip up a chocolate smoothie

I actually got very frustrated by
vegan protein powders and then realized that peanut flour is actually nutritionally the same - so i
use that in smoothies now.

I never have access to truly
vegan protein powders here in Vietnam, unless it is Chinese soy
protein (sold in HUGE bags tens of kilograms O.O), or if there is, it is vegetarian (
uses «non-dairy» creamers).

use a gluten free version; I've
used cottage chese, blueberries and

vegan if required) in varying amounts.
They say that you can easily make this
vegan as well, which would involve taking out the whey
protein powder and
using a
vegan - approved
powder in its place.
I
used to and occasionally take WHEY
protein powder — this being motion nutrition because it's the only WHEY that doesn't upset my stomach (and it tastes blimmin good), however I now try to be kinder to my stomach and take
vegan protein powder.

used an equal mix of AP flour, Spelt flour and 1/4 cup

And seeing as I was
using Vega for the
