I used the Kahlua and everything else as directed and the beans were perfect!
Can't drink alcohol but going to
use Kahlua flavored coffee.
You don't necessarily have to
use Kahlua in your recipe if you want to keep it alcohol free, but it adds that extra «something something» for me.
Kahlua in a sweet potato pie... now this is unique and a great way to
use that Kahlua!
If you don't want to
use Kahlua, a coffee - flavored liqueur, you could substitute strong coffee instead.

used 1 cup strong [
Kahlua brand] coffee to the cake instead of water as you suggested which added a little more to the cake flavoring....
You can substitute
Kahlua or other coffee liqueur for the Grand Marnier, and you can
use other fruits such as pineapple.
Used black cocoa from King Arthur, dark brown sugar, and a splash of
Kahlua.
