we used Snappi diaper fasteners to secure our prefold diapers on the babe before putting on -LSB-...]
There is definitely a learning curve with the Boingo if you have only ever
used the Snappi, but now that we've figured it out I definitely prefer it.

You do not want your baby to go coverless while
using a Snappi.
You don't need to
use a Snappi or pins with a cover (you can if you want, though) if you're using pre-folds, you can simply fold them into thirds, and lay them inside the cover and do it up.
I have also cut my finger
using a Snappi.

This fold can work with any prefold diaper, but if you want to
use the Snappi, you must use a cloth diaper the grippers can get a «hold» in.
You can choose either snap or Velcro closures, or snapless fitteds that allows you to
use Snappi's or pins to fasten.
They are folded and secured
using a Snappi or pins.
Instead
you use a Snappi or pins to fasten it.
Use a Snappi Fastener, Boingo or pins to fasten it for a very secure fit.
We use a Snappi Cloth Diaper Fasteners (here at Amazon) for prefold cloth diapers.
Some come with snaps or velcro and some you will need to
use a SNAPPI or BOINGO diaper fastener.
Just pretend the snaps are not there and
use a Snappi or pin it, ignoring the snaps, until it fits in the regular snapped position, which doesn't take long.
I still enjoy pinning, but
using a Snappi is just a little bit faster, and, I just love the new colors.
Do NOT
use a Snappi ® on a child who is able to undo it or remove their diaper / diaper cover / clothing.
I love that you don't have to
use a snappi or pin, because I always forget to grab one when I need one!
I love that the prefold is tied instead of needing to
use a snappi or diaper pins.
18 prefolds — I wash in whatever HE green laundry soap is on sale,
we use a snappi to keep it together.
My personal preference is to
use a Snappi or a prefold belt if going without a cover for around the house.
How to
use your Snappi ®: To improve elasticity, stretch your Snappi ® fastener a few times before use.
Do not
use a Snappi fastener on toddlers that have the ability to undo or take off their cover / diaper / clothes.
Fastening a fitted and cover at 2 and 4 am can be a tad easier than folding a prefold,
using a Snappi and then tucking the edges in a cover.
Using the back wings of the diaper,
use a Snappi Diaper Fastener or diaper pins to secure the diaper closed.
My husband accidentally forgot to put a cover on our 7 month old after folding one of these flats &
using a snappi to secure it.
Pinning can be a bit intimidating, so I often
use a Snappi, but sometimes I'll Snappi to hold the diaper in place, then go back and pin.
* Please note that due to the thick, hemp fleece material, it is difficult to
use a snappi with these prefolds.
Using Snappi, (sorry, would have used a brighter color, but they were either being used or unaccounted for), sink those little plastic teeth into the fabric as shown.
Woven fabrics hold up much better to the stresses of pinning or
using a Snappi to secure your diaper than do knit fabrics.

use a Snappi ® fastener on toddlers that have the ability to undo their cover and take off their diaper and / or clothes.

use a snappi, pins or boingos

use a snappi or pins... just fold and go!
Just fold your diaper the way you'd like, tailoring it to your baby's unique size and shape, and then
use your Snappi to secure the diaper snugly!
Take care if
using snappis that they don't catch on this thin wool.
I am using both with and without snaps, but I personally prefer those without as
using a snappi is much quicker for me.
I learned after I discovered my prefolds wouldn't fit around my newborn to
use a snappi that you can simply fold them and place them inside the cover, no closure needed..
