use the package of chicken
breasts sitting in the fridge.
Pour 1/4 cup of the teriyaki sauce over the raw chicken and set aside to marinate for
at least 15 minutes (or longer if
using chicken

Place chicken between two layers of plastic wrap;
use a meat mallet to pound one chicken
breast at a time to about 1/2 - inch thickness.

When I do that, sometimes I
use chicken
breasts and cook them
at the same time I'm cooking the main chili part and add them together
at the end.
I can never seem to find
breast - only ground chicken
at the supermarket, so I almost never
use it.
The problem I see
using bone - in
breasts with this dish is that the cauliflower is browned a bit
at the end of the normal cooking time.
I would probably
use a pre-cooked roast chicken from the deli counter
at my local grocery store but could
use raw cut up chicken
breast if you think that would be better.
I
used a couple toothpicks in each

breasts throughout the feed.
I would not be breastfeeding today if I hadn't
used it and your baby will eventually become skilled enough
at your
breast that you won't need it
at all.
