I haven't
used any jarred
baby foods, and I «make» all my own food, if you can count microwaving frozen
peas for three minutes «making food.»
You don't even have to
use toothpaste at this point, unless you want to
use a
pea - sized amount of special
baby toothpaste.
Fresh
peas are best, followed by frozen
peas, but you can even
used canned
peas to make your own
baby food.
As
babies and small children are unable to spit out toothpaste it should be
used sparingly, e.g. a small
pea sized amount.
Create bingo cards

Use a rice - grain - sized smear of toothpaste for your
baby or toddler, graduating to a
pea - sized dollop by age 3.

Although your newly shelled
peas have been protected by their pods, we still recommend giving them an extra wash before
using them in your
baby food recipes.
Frozen
peas are often the most readily available (read more about making
baby food with frozen fruits and veggies here) and are both easy to
use and very nutritious.

pea - sized amount of non-fluoridated toothpaste until
Baby V turns 2, and then switch to fluoridated toothpaste.
Use a smear (left) of fluoridated toothpaste on your
baby's teeth as soon as they erupt, and a
pea - sized dollop (right) between ages 3 to 6, say new recommendations from the American Dental Association.
Using food processor, grind 1 cup toasted nuts to approximate size of
baby peas.
The «glorified» part is the addition of mushrooms and
baby peas — or you could
use corn instead — to the usual ratatouille suspects: eggplant, tomatoes and zucchini.
