Chaga and Reishi «instant mushroom beverages», just prepared with hot water as a tea as I find the flavour really pleasant (especially with a slice of fresh ginger), but you can blend the powders into smoothies and
use them in baking, cooking and raw recipes.

My recipe for the mushroom tea
uses 2 tbsp
chaga pieces (small chunks sort of the size of rice or lentils), 5 - 6 medium reishi slices, a small piece of rehmannia root, 1 tbsp or so of green stevia leaf (the dried herb), a 1/2 cinnamon stick or some chai spice & any other herbs I feel will complement these, all added to 2 litres of water).
I often
use all kinds and vary often like:
chaga mushroom powder, bee pollen, pearl calcium, cat's claw, astragalus, liquid silica, E3 Live, probiotics and whatever else I have around.
