I used chopped pecans in the pumpkin bread pictured.
Excellent - I used substituted light brown sugar for half of the dark brown sugar and
used chopped pecans instead of dates in the filling.
recipe seemed to work well with my few variations... chopped the cranberries and
used chopped pecans instead of walnuts, two medium eggs instead of 1 large... and 1tsp baking soda..

I toast then coarsely
