I used coconut oil too — it seemed to make the dough more oily so I ended up adding more almond flour — but it worked really wonderfully!

coconut oil... I found that
using butter that was
too runny affected my traditional chocolate chip cookies, so I imagine it's the same with the
coconut oil.

I,

used butter (my family does NOT appreciate good
