Fate / Extella: The Umbral Star had a pretty low debut
at retail, so it's not surprising that digital
sales would be low... not to mention this is a single player title, pretty likely to end in the
used section of a video
game stores as soon as the main story is done.

On topic -
sales of Sim City have demonstrated to devs that they can get away with skimping on beta testing to save money as we can all be
used as guinea pigs
at launch to test the
game with a «we'll fix it» attitude post launch.
It's not recommended that RE fans actively seek out a copy, but if you find one
at a garage
sale or
used game store somewhere for under $ 30, it's an interesting bit of series evolution that'll give you something to play when you wear out your Dragon Force disc.
Not only is it a major element of the biggest franchises
at the moment, but is also
used by many to try and make
games have the broadest appeal, and with it a better chance of high
sales.
Jap developers will prefer Nintendo handheld, look
at Dragon Quest
sales on the 3ds, and the original DS... look
at monster hunter
sales on the 3ds... every
game you seen for the 3ds will now have newer versions with newer hd graphics so now when jap developers make a ps4
game they do not have to think about how they will downgrade it to fit on the NX... with the NX being more powerful than the Vita, and Wii U.... if it
use the Tegra 2 chip it will be right next to ps4 1.8 teraflops or higher, but most likely if they
use that, Nintendo might underclock it to increase battery power, but lets say they lock it to ps4 1.8 teraflops... every
game for ps4 will be on the NX... and this is where the fear comes from... the 3ds have many exclusives, only thing that hold it back was graphics, now that wont be the issue in the NX... look how they announce Dragon quest 11 for NX already... Square Enix is thinking about money... and which console sold most of their
games... the 3ds... so do not be surprised every big
game from Square Enix and other Japanese developers come to the NX... and if they are anything like CAPCOM they will rather save money and make their
game for one console aka the NX like they do with Monster Hunter... me personally I can not wait to see all my favorite
games on the 3ds in better graphics... i am a RPG lover and the 3ds have some classics that I love... only thing Nintendo have to worry about is how Western and European side of the world will feel about the new handheld... Japan will love it, handheld sell the most, so it wont take long for NX to pass ps4
sales... but if they can get the attention of western and european... then Sony have reasons to worry and their fans
Xbone also hypes
games to hell and cancels them
at the last minute, avoids revealing actual
sales figures, masters of pr spin, constantly re iterates the same three ip until even hardcore fans are bored of them (which is why forza, halo and gear
sales have been declining recently),
use backwards compatibility to bloat their barren library of
games, piss developers of so much that non want to work for them...
Otherwise, the only real option you have for a new boost of visibility after the
game drops off the New Releases page on the eShop is to discount it, and we all know how well that went for the AppStore and Steam — it just drove prices down and a lot of people got so
used to buy
games on
sale that it became the norm for developers to set their prices based on the fact that the bulk of their units will be sold
at a discount of 50 % or more.
o well i had 4 great uncharted
games it had to end for me but lucky there are way better
games in my opinion coming like on my switch Mario & rabbids Rts / Rpg in a week, Mario open
game in few months then ps4 agents of mayhem in 6 days and so many more great
games that if i do ever decide to get this i will be waiting for a $ 10
used copy
at Eb since one thing uncharted does always is have a billion
used copies always on
sale.
It's clear that Valve are looking
at new ways in which it can enable
gamers to

His line
at the end might imply that there isn't a hard and fast limit but rather if a developer reaches a certain ratio of keys to
sales then Valve will look
at that
game and that developer to determine if they believe they are
using them to sell in bundles.
On the other other hand, the Final Fantasy
game in question has already been played a million Japanese
gamers (official hard copy
sales at nearly 800,000; then I'm adding 10 % for digital and taking a guess that
used sales must have done well too.
I
used to love Sega back when Sonic Adventure 2 Battle was my FAVORITE
game, now Sega disappointing me
at every turn, all the JPN exclusives, late western releases, it's all pointless garbage that needs to stop, but they wont,
at least not as long as they still make
sales... It's a little ironic, we say the way they treat us is bad, but we still buy it, and they still make Profit, there's NO benefit to the
gamer, it's a shame really.
