Before there were plastic suction cups, practitioners
used glass cups and flame (fire cupping).
I tried
using a glass cup to flatten the cookies on the baking sheet, but the dough kept sticking to the glass.

I actually really don't know the weights — I literally just
use a drinking
cup or mug to measure them, as long as you
use the same
glass to measure all the ingredients it will work perfectly!

I
used the 1
cup coconut oil (I did have to let it warm a but first since it was way to cold to even chip out of the
glass jar) an I put in about a tablespoon and a half of vitamin E oil (oops my dog bumped me while I was pouring) but it still turned out fantastic.
If
using the gelatin, dissolve it in the water for about a minute in a small heat proof
glass cup or bowl.
If you have whole pecans on hand, and don't have a nut chopper, simply
use a measuring
cup or drinking
glass to crush them before sprinkling them on top of the dough.

Thinly slice the kiwi and
using your fingers, lightly press one slice at a time into the
glass along the edge so you can see it from the outside of the
cup.
Worked out great, I
used 1
cup (I wouldn't necessarily want this in a
glass to drink, but the added pulp is fine in relish I also
used SugarLeaf (SweetLeaf stevia / cane sugar blend, I didn't have enough honey), about 1/4
cup and two droppers of Lemon Drop liquid stevia.
