using honey with argan oil on my face and it too works really well, i add a few drop of argan oil to help it spread, And ive even gotten compliments that ive been looking younger... you should try that:)

I couldn't find sunflower seeds, so just went
with the recipe as posted (substituted some of more expensive ingredients —

The second time I soaked the dates in boiling water to soften them and then I just
used a blender stick to blend the dates
