I've
used canned
peaches, drain,
sliced them thinly, about 1 / 4 - inch thick.
I love
using fresh,
sliced peaches while they're in season, but you could substitute mango or mandarin oranges, or leave it out altogether.
I made this recipe this morning, but I
used frozen
sliced peaches that I had leftover from
peach season here in Michigan.
Using a food processer, mix the frozen banana

using seasonal fruits as often as possible) in extra virgin coconut oil until softened and / or warmed through.
