From the original recipe, I reduced the amount of sugar and
used plain nonfat Greek yogurt.

To keep the bread moist and to save calories I
used nonfat plain greek yogurt (
plain greek isn't loaded with additional sugar or carbs).
I did two substitutions, only because I didn't have sausage or heavy cream, instead, I
used boneless skinless chicken breast and
nonfat plain yogurt.
In addition to
using a low calorie sweetener, I also replaced some of the oil in this banana bread with
plain nonfat Greek yogurt, and
used my favorite white whole wheat flour instead of traditional white.

I
used 4 medium potatoes (when cut into chunks they were about 2 cups), 1/2 cup
