If you use reduced - fat your dip may be a little more «wet» than what is shown here, as
I used regular cream cheese.
I did
use a regular cream cheese frosting though.
Of course you can
use regular cream cheese as well though.
Feel free to
use regular cream cheese if that's what you have on hand.

regular sausage, 2 cans of rotel (1 mild and 1 original) undrained and 2 8 oz

This cake
uses almond flour instead of
regular, and has all my favorite fixings for carrot cake: Carrots, raisins, spices, pecans, and — of course —
cream cheese frosting.
I prefer to
use coconut milk and
cream with a sprinkling of dairy free
cheese for a dairy free version, but if you have no problems with dairy feel free to
use regular milk /
cream and
cheese.
If you do dairy, try
using goat's milk
cream cheese instead of the
regular run of the mill
cream cheese.
All that's required is
using a fat - free
cream cheese in lieu of the
regular kind.
Keep in mind, if you
use ghee, which is clarified butter, the recipe is no longer vegan, but still much better for you than
regular cream cheese.
What's nice about these
cream cheese substitutes is that they're also versatile and can be
used pretty much any way that
regular old
cream cheese is
used, be it in a dip or as a spread or even as a thickener for a sauce or baked good.
