These
slider buns come in a a package that can be
used to get them where they are going.

Slider buns What to do - to candy the bacon, toss bacon with 1/3 cup of brown sugar in the large bowl.
I also wanted smaller
buns (
slider size) so I
used a muffin top pan (aka Whoopie Pie pan by Wilton).
This
slider recipe is not only vegan, it's gluten - free
using tomatoes instead of
buns for some yummy burgers.

I
used heartier dinner rolls in order to keep the condiments tucked in nicely;
slider buns are thin and small, and don't offer much room for the toppings.
These make a wonderful alternative to burger
buns, can be
used as «chips» for dips like guacamole, and double as the perfect
slider bottom for simple recipes like this!
Second - I
used a spoon but ended up making TINY
buns (think slightly smaller than a
slider?).
