I liked the recipe as is pretty well and later
I used the leftover sauce to make a casserole (potato, carrot, and broccoli).
I use my meatballs for meatball subs, then
use the leftover sauce with any remaining meatballs for spaghetti the night after.
We like to
use any leftover sauce as a salad dressing by adding red wine vinegar to taste and water to thin it out to the preferred consistency.
Tip:
Use any leftover sauce to jazz up a stir fry!

For lunch I chopped up some of the
leftover burgers, pineapple and
used a little of the
sauce on a bed of lettuce and chopped us some scallions.
A few weeks ago I

use the microwave to reheat or add a little liquid (more pasta
sauce or a little water) to prevent pasta from drying out and cover and heat in oven.

use).
