powders, only fruit, vegetables and edible plants like radishes, purple potatoes, black carrots, safflower and
spirulina are

You could turmeric for yellow, or
spirulina for green, beetroot

use this broth for the hummus) and I add 1/4 the salt it calls for, lemon juice add
spirulina powder, fresh squeezed lemon juice, hemp, chia, turmeric, garlic, cumin smoked paprika and Cayenne) it's my «green hummus»;) Anyway I had nothing for dinner.
Hi I've I've just been introduced to superfood
powders is it ok to combine them all currently I have 50 % leafy greens around 2 cups of fruit, 1 type of nut, then I
use a teaspoon of Maca, cacao, acai,

use another ingredient, such as turmeric or maca

spirulina (1/4 -1 / 2 teaspoon).

Powder: A blue - green algae that is

Spirulina, for those who are wondering, is a form of SEAWEED (and actually one of my favourite health
powders to
use in smoothies — try it with a banana, its amazing!)
Simply add to a blender one banana, 5 - 6 frozen strawberries (or other fresh or frozen fruit), a tablespoon of ground flax seed or flax seed oil, a teaspoon of
spirulina, one or two scoops of the protein
powder of your choice and a cup or more of water and / or rice milk (you could also
use soy or cow's).
