Mashed Sweet Potato works good when I make a similar pancake recipe (
I use sweet potato mash if its a leftover, otherwise I use banana)-- instead of cashews, I use almond butter.

For the fats, I

I
used just yellow cake mix, boiled about 2 medium sized
sweet potatoes until tender,
mashed them, mix this together, added walnuts, and put into sprayed muffin tins.

Not only does Trisha
mash cooked
sweet potatoes, but she also
uses a mixer to beat them as she dresses them up with sugar, milk and self - rising cornmeal, turning them into a rich, smooth pudding.

I too, have a severe soy allergy, but I have found coconut liquid amino, which you can
use instead, or you can
use vegan Worcestershire sauce mixed with some coconut oil, I also add a half of cup of brown rice flour and a can of pickled beets
mashed in for «corned beef», and BBQ ribz and a can of
sweet potato for» smoked turkey» and both with some tomato paste for hot linkz.
But if you're
using potato or
sweet potato which is starchier and drier then you may need to add a little milk or broth to get the right consistency and make it easier to

Omg i love this recipe i followed recipe except i only juiced 3 limes and baked for 20 min uncovered and then another 25 min covered i layed chicken on a bed of spinache and served with a side of
mashed sweet potato... i
