Vanilla Bean Powder - I've
used vanilla bean powder in the past and I actually prefer it to vanilla extract for baking.
I also
used vanilla bean powder for the first time and was delighted with how it adds its own luscious fragrance and character to the mix.
Normally
using vanilla bean powder tho, not the extract.
Vanilla bean paste contains sugar - I'd personally avoid it and
use either vanilla bean powder or unsweetened vanilla extract.

I haven't
used vanilla bean paste before so I'm not too sure what the consistency is like but I imagine the
powder is to much smoother and would stop it getting granuley.

Instead of
using vanilla powder, I actually just cut a small part straight out of the
vanilla bean.

vanilla bean powder is sooo expensive... like $ 200 / lb expensive... so I couldn't afford to
use that much of it.

used Stevia in the Raw as the fudge's sweetener, added
vanilla bean paste for flavor and those pretty mini black
vanilla bean specks, and added organic matcha
powder for both flavor and color.
