I made a triple batch of the pesto expecting a crowd of 25 - 30 but
used vegetable pasta instead of zucchini noodles.
I also like
using the vegetable pastas, adds more color and flavor to all recipes.

Pasta
In the Paleo diet,
pasta is strictly prohibited; but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy delicious noodle - type dishes
using fresh
vegetables.
In terms of
pasta, I like to
use orzo when I want the
pasta to be the sidekick to whatever
vegetable I'm highlighting.
I

I'm going to try sneaking more
vegetables into Newman's own
pasta sauce tonight but I'm absolutely
using your recipe next time I make
pasta.

Himalayan Salt is wonderful for seasoning meats, grilled

pasta, that there is a distinct flavor of toasted sesame oil, and that the dish has
vegetables in it (for those of us trying to sneak them in wherever we can!).

used in much the same way as you would
use extra virgin olive oil — in salad dressings, on
vegetables,
pasta, makes a beautiful mayonnaise, as a dipping sauce, with a vinaigrett or as a superior replacement for flax seed oil.
I
use it in

A few nights ago Lisa made one of those perfect - to -
use - up - the - CSA - box recipes: this warming soup
used just about every
vegetable in the kitchen; adding a little
pasta and some beans turned it into a great meal.
Use beans as a binder in
vegetable - based cakes like these Squash and Sweet Potato Pancakes, or toss a handful or white beans or lentils into
pasta with tomato sauce or brothy soup.
I poured the blue cheese sauce over riccioli
pasta and topped with a brunoise, which is a blend of similarly - sized and shaped diced

used orange bell peppers, crimini mushrooms, zucchini, jiacama and carrots).
To serve,
use tongs to add

pasta bowl and top with salmon.

vegetable peeler to shave a small sweet potato into thin strips.
