I
used coconut
yogurt and I had some leftover roasted persimmon puree that I
mixed in.
I have never tried
mixing oats with
yogurt and milk but it sounds really good — especially if you
use coconut milk and
yogurt like you do.
In a large bowl,
use a hand
mixer to whip the feta, oil,
