To Frost: I had some of the buttercream from the Aunt Sassy Cake I had made earlier last week, so I
used about 2 tablespoons of the
Yuzu curd, and a teaspoon of lemon
juice to flavor it for the cupcakes.
Complementing Zuma's menu is an exemplary bar program featuring heritage cocktails,
using fresh ingredients, fruits, and
juices; Japanese ingredients like sake, shochu,
yuzu and shiso leaves; as well as hand - carved ice blocks shaped appropriately for the cocktail.
