But the big break came when the same

Aside from the merits of the decision, which puts the cost of the courts not just on the
users but on all the taxpayers (which may be the appropriate place for them), it is amusing to
see high - priced
lawyers say that access to justice is greatly improved because of the abolition of hearng fees that are less per day than the
lawyers charge per hour.
My skepticism comes from
seeing legal - vertical site after legal - vertical site fail because of the inability to build up a critical mass of
lawyer users.
Finally, while some
lawyers have been considering developing apps for their law firms to accommodate smartphone and tablet
users, I don't
see much utility for those apps, unless you're talking about an app that gives existing clients access to a secure client portal to get information on their individual case.
Clearly nobody who has not
seen the specific contract can be certain, but it might be that the
lawyers wanted to cover the possibility that «
User» decides to quit the contract without delivering the programs and without receiving any of the scheduled payments.
As a
lawyer do you
see any issues with client privacy and using these services which record data about the
user and track it to their phone number?
Users can narrow searches to
see only experts who their firm has used in the past or who
lawyers in their firm have rated or recommended.
I think we'll
see improved techniques, more unsupervised learning and friendly
user interfaces to allow rapid teaching, without needing
lawyers to take big chunks of time out of their busy schedules.
(There's probably a
lawyer out there who
sees a class - action products liability suit against YouTube by its
users for YouTube failing to warn its
users of this foreseeable danger of a lawsuit that gives outsiders access to
users private information as part of discovery.)
Check
user - based rating websites like Avvo.com or Yelp.com to
see what others have said about a
lawyer's services.
Canada's pending legalization of marijuana might lead merchants and
users to
see green, but when it comes to dispensaries, it all looks somewhat grey for many
lawyers.
