Heads up... Rainbow light
uses Cyanocobalamin and not great forms of B6 and Folate... The «whole food» source can be appealing, I completely understand that.

B12 might also be high due to an active MTHFR mutation along with an active COMT mutation, so patients tend to avoid the synthetic supplemental version of B12 called
cyanocobalamin and instead favor the methylcobalamin (methylB12) or adenosylcobalamin (also the active form, but
used by your mitochondria), but they will need adequate folate supplementation.

using the Methycobalamin version of b12 vs.
