The one thing I'm noticing is the original recipe didn't note to
use full fat milk.
Glad you mentioned only
using the full fat milk for the strawberry ice cream too... nobody wants to bite into a rock hard ice cream sandwich and break a tooth, LOL!
I use full fat milk, whey protein concentrate, plain yoghurt, raspberries or blueberries and sometimes a small banana.
