Traditional
uses of ACV are almost limitless!
To make a long story short I hit on
the use of ACV and coconut oil for skin care.

Typically I
use the
acv + baking soda combo for vegan treats with the combo
of a flax egg or two.
Made the following tweaks:
Used 1 1/2 c. Honeyville Almond Flour 3/4 c. Coconut flour
Used 1/4 c. Sunflower seeds (pulsed) in place
of flaxmeal Upped the
ACV to 3 tbsp Upped the soda to 1 tsp.

use ACV for a lot
of things — I add a bit to my water and drink first thing in the morning.
I call for
ACV here to
use a pantry staple, but a squeeze
of fresh lemon helps brighten everything here.

An additional comment about
ACV — I
use it as a deodorant underarms, breasts, buttocks, behind knees and in the crook
of elbows.
Goal:
Use 3 - 4 tbsps
of ACV daily in water and on foods.
Oh, and I was afraid I might taste the vinegar (typically 2T is enough to ruin a good cake for me) so I decreased it to 1T,
used rice vinegar instead
of ACV & threw in a teaspoon
of baking powder for good measure.
I have a four - year - old who can't have any kind

of cream, and no access to coconut yogurt (yay rural living) so made «Paleo buttermilk» with coconut milk and a little

While we do not have a specific protocol for
using Detoxadine on your scalp, we feel that several drops in your shampoo, or mixed with
ACV would be great for the health
of your scalp.

acv trick also does about the same (I

of some anti-bacterial essential oils, but to my fiance's dismay it does nt lather which i can understand can make it difficult to spread over ones face.

of ACV, honey, mustard and olive oil.
Add all
of your ingredients to a glass bottle (I
used an old
ACV bottle!)

of this recipe, I also
use raw apple cider vinegar which is great for digestion and cleansing (I swear by
ACV), the juice
of a lemon, ginger, a few stevia drops (just for flavor and sweetness), and that's it.

ACV in New Zealand called Coral Tree, the product is certified biodynamic and like Bragg's, one
of the best to
use.

used baking soda only (no
ACV) for about a year and really liked the results — got lots
of compliments on my hair, too!
I have also
used herb infused water (rosemary, lavender, peppermint leaves, and a bit
of cloves) with the
acv as a rinse and always add some sort
of eo.
That said, please note that
using ACV alone won't cure candida completely and it may be advisable to consider a cleanse
of the system in order to eliminated it all together.
Raw unfiltered
ACV (I usually suggest Braggs as a good source) are rich in natural enzymes
of which aide in digestion, most who are dealing with an overgrowth
of candida will have an imbalance
of gut flora and
using ACV will help in restoring this balance.
