My previous blog outlined the topical
uses of aloe vera barbadensis.
Many OB / GYN's are now recommending
the use of aloe pills to their patients to help keep IC flares at bay.
Use of aloe vera can strengthen the hair follicles, which leads to lustrous hair.
As discussed in the previous sections, Aloe Vera helps in strengthening your immune system;
the use of aloe gel also destroys cancerous tumors effectively.

On the front
of the box it just lists two
of the ingredients that is
used to make the soap which are
aloe vera and Shea butter.
Myrrh and
aloes blended together comprise the ointment commonly
used by Jews to anoint the bodies
of their dead.
For essential oils, a good rule
of thumb I
use is about 10 drops
of EO for each tablespoon
of carrier oil or
aloe.
When I first did this, I
used some TJ's new blend
of coconut water with
aloe vera juice I happened to have in the frig.

of using green coconut water and pulp as the base I
used my Supergorgeous Almond Mylk along with extra water and opted for
aloe vera, maqui berry powder, chia seeds and cacao nibs for superfoods....

using a Burt's Bees product I know I can expect the scent and texture
of the best nature has to offer including clary sage, chamomile,

If you are one
of the few
aloe vera users affected by these symptoms discontinue
use until the problem goes away.
Some
of the herbs
used to help eliminate the impurities from the colon by stimulating bowel movements include the
aloe leaf, senna, cascara sagrada, ginger, and cayenne pepper.
Instead
of using store bought lubricant, we
use organic
aloe vera gel, it has less chemicals and it works really well for those who have some discomfort inserting the cup.

gotchya, i just put together a wash for my fiance
using rose water,
aloe, acv, manuka honey, green tea, white willow, witch hazel and a blend
of some anti-bacterial essential oils, but to my fiance's dismay it does nt lather which i can understand can make it difficult to spread over ones face.
Some
of the things I
used either distilled water, green tea or
aloe juice or a combination, coconut oil and grapeseed oil, non nanotechnology zinc oxide, Moroccan Red clay, and bentonite clay (kanwa minerals) I also add a few skin balancing essential oils lightly — palmarosa, clary sage, lavender, and geranium.
Many
of us have been

use 1/2 c arrowroot powder and 3 tbls baking soda.
Consider
Aloe Vera For Psoriasis
Aloe vera for psoriasis makes sense,
aloe vera is a succulent plant that grows in many countries, and has been grown and
used by many cultures for thousands
of years.
A couple
of blueberries or berries, maybe a nice scoop
of collagen or pea protein to keep it more hypoallergenic, maybe some coconut milk or MCT for some extra good fats, maybe we add some extra L - Glutamine — or like in my Lyme, we
use like a GI Restore, some extra healing, soothing mucilaginous herbs, like
Aloes, Slippery Elm, DGL Licorice; all very healthy and soothing.
Aloe vera for psoriasis makes sense,
aloe vera is a succulent plant that grows in many countries, and has been grown and
used by many cultures for thousands
of years.
Hundreds
of years later there was extensive documentation
of Indian tribes
using aloe vera for topical purposes in the 1600s.
I don't recommend it for daily
use, as it's quite potent with its combination
of aloe vera hydrosol, burdock extract, papaya extract, peppermint essential oil, cajeput essential oil and grapefruit essential oil, but it's damn good at doing exactly what it says it's going to do: Remove all that buildup!
As I mentioned above make sure you
use 100 % pure
aloe, not a lotion that has
aloe and host
of other chemicals and artificial color and scents.
