So, in the end I
used cow milk,
organic quick oats, banana, coconut
butter and
almond butter.
I
use a few different types of
almond butter, but I really like Meridian's
organic almond butter.
I made some substitutes to this pie pudding:
used tapioca starch in place of corn,
almond milk rather than cow's, coconut oil verses
butter,
organic coconut palm sugar rather than white sugar.
Since I didn't have all of the ingredients I made a couple of changes — I
used almond butter (Artisana raw
organic) instead of
almond flour (same quantity), i
used a full teaspoon of cinnamon and baking powder, I added 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts.
I usually
use organic peanut
butter, but you can also
use alternative nut
butters like
almond butter or cashew
butter.
Then I've added frozen
organic raspberries (from Target), some vanilla extract and a little stevia which both add sweetness and flavor without sugar or artificial ingredients, raw cacao powder (or you could
use cocoa powder), a handful of raw
almonds (or
almond butter would work just fine), and that's it!

butters (classic peanut and blends of peanut — pecan,
almond, and cashew) are roasted and ground by hand,
using local peanuts, wildflower honey,

butter, but only
organic has no other ingredients added) because I can't afford the price of the
