uses prepared pie crust so you don't have to work any harder than you would for a casserole, but you still get that buttery, flaky pastry shell.

First,
prepare your favorite
pie crust recipe. As mentioned above, I used Alton Brown's
pie crust recipe substituting gluten - free all - purpose flour for the regular and
using vegetable shortening instead of lard.
But I'm
preparing a dessert — raw / vegan / gf key lime
pie using this
crust recipe.
To solve this problem I
used a 9.5 x 13.5 glass dish and
prepared one
pie crust recipe (from Elana's site).
Best of all, it is really easy and quick to make
using either
prepared puff pastry, or
prepared pie crust.
