This easy to make dessert
uses real bananas and coconut oil.

uses real food to keep it sweet and light while still giving that cinnamon
banana smell and flavor.
I
used strawberry Voskos Greek yogurt and added sliced
bananas as a topper along with slightly sweet
real whipped cream (when on vacation we don't count calories — lol!).
My
banana wasn't super ripe, so I did
use a bit of
real maple syrup (I live in New England - no fake stuff crosses my lips).
If you want your mixture to look like
real cookie mixture,
use oat flour or put your oats in the food processor and then add the
banana and mix everything together.

banana ice cream, avocado pudding and chocolate desserts that
use cocoa powder instead of
real chocolate, but I bet you have never heard of sweet potato ice cream.
* Emergen - C is naturally sweetened with small amounts of
real fruit juice, but if you'd like this recipe even sweeter, you can also add 1/4 a frozen
banana or some stevia without
using sugar or artificial sweeteners.
