greens than what is called for (beet
greens and chard) and
used vegetable broth instead of
plain water (a bit extra too, to accommodate the extra veggies).

Ingredients: 1/2 cup
plain Greek or any full fat yogurt / 1/3 cup mayonnaise / 1/3 cup buttermilk / 1 clove garlic, minced (if you happen to have some
green garlic,
use it instead) / 1T fresh lemon juice / huge bunch of fresh chives / Salt & pepper / 1/4 t sriracha or your favorite hot sauce, to taste, optional.
I just
used plain old
green ones.
I think, though, that arugula (
plain and unadultereated) would be a fantastic
green to
use instead.
For the sauce, I
used 1 whole avocado, 1/3 cup nooch, 1/3 cup
plain almond milk, 1 large fist of
greens, and a pinch of salt.
Place a serving of grilled salmon or steak atop a pile of caramelized onions, or serve with Italian sausage (a local version) and oven roasted tomatoes; simmer with chicken, beef or vegetable broth, a handful of chopped herbs and a splash of wine (optional) for a delicious soup;
use as a salad topping mid-winter (maybe with a little bacon) to brighten the season's coarser salad
greens; try lentils with caramelized onions and
plain yogurt, a universal and delicious combination.

Instead of
using plain chocolate I tried out
Green & Blacks new dark salted caramel chocolate to add a bit of decadence to the chocolate cups — the burst of salted caramel works perfectly with the sweet pumpkin filling.

Using the basic recipe with unsweetened almond milk,
plain yogurt and maple syrup, by morning I had several pieces of oats that had a bluish -
green color on them (mold?).
My market was out of chives so I had to
use all
green onions and I
used plain white wine vinegar but I don't think that made a difference.

Whether I'm
using it as a dip for crunchy veggies, swapping it for the
plain mayo in my Clean and
Green Chicken Salad recipe, or
using it as a dressing for my homemade grain free taco bowls, this taco dip is the money maker.
After a few weeks of
using these
greens supplements, I have noticed I have more energy, and just
plain feel better.
I have to admit that I let my Beauty
Greens hang out for a while before I
used them as I am pretty much addicted to my
plain collagen peptides that I
use every day, multiple times per day.
If you're concerned about any amount of heat for kids you can always reduce the amount of chili powder and
use plain diced tomatoes instead of the tomatoes with the diced
green chiles.

green beans, carrots, and
plain popcorn are all good, low - calorie treats that can be
used if your pet is particularly food motivated.
Since I decorated my tree with nature this year, I am
using plain brown shipping paper with ribbon and red /
